As a Fractional COO and the founder of Heart Craft Media, I specialize in closing the “Visibility Gap” and stopping invisible profit leaks that often exceed $10,000 per month. My expertise is built on firsthand experience in home improvement sales selling everything from roofing and siding to windows and doors and understanding exactly what makes a contracting business thrive or collapse.

A Lifetime in the Trades

My education started in the trenches. From scooping dog poop as a kid to mowing cemeteries with my dad and cleaning jobs through high school, I learned early on that success is built on grit and responsibility. This background led me into leadership roles where I served as a Sales Manager, General Manager, and eventually a COO.

From Founder to Architect

I built my own roofing business, growing it rapidly until personal challenges forced me to close its doors. That experience became a masterclass in operational resilience. It led me to my true passion: working side-by-side with founders to stabilize their backend, clean up the chaos, and install “The Company Brain” the SOPs and systems that actually work.

Wilbelyn Beryawel serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Heart Craft Media. She specializes in communication management and operational support for service contractors earning $1M to $10M. Holding a Bachelor’s degree, she acts as the protective “guardrail” for the company’s daily operations, ensuring that while the CEO builds high-level systems, the backend never misses a beat.

As the executive right hand to the CEO, Wilbelyn is a key player in communication while the BRU Method™ is being deployed. She manages high-stakes communications and complex project timelines with surgical precision. She serves as the expert in customer experience and ensures all questions and communications are being promptly addressed.
