I know what it feels like when everything’s on fire, and I know how to put the fire out without burning out the owner in the process.
About
Joseph Bruton
I’ve been an entrepreneur at heart since I was six years old, scooping dog poop from neighbors’ yards for a few bucks. From there, I helped my dad mow cemeteries, worked cleaning jobs through high school, and eventually moved into retail. But I always knew I was wired to build something of my own.
Over the years, I tried multiple paths, MLMs, direct sales, and eventually found my footing in home improvement sales. I sold everything from internet packages to windows, doors, sunrooms, roofs, siding and more, getting a firsthand education in how contractors operate and what makes a business thrive or fall apart.
As I gained experience, I stepped into leadership roles: sales manager, general manager, and then a COO. I built my own roofing business, and it was growing fast, until personal life hit hard, and forced me to close shop.
But I didn’t stop. I shifted gears, started doing contract work as a fractional COO, and realized how much I loved helping other business owners get their chaos under control. That’s what I do now, working side by side with founders to stabilize their operations, clean up their backend, and build systems that actually work.
I’ve seen firsthand how fast-growing businesses collapse under the weight of their own success. That’s why I don’t just build systems — I protect founders from losing what they’ve worked so hard to build.
My goal is simple: help you lead, scale, and reclaim your sanity without letting the backend break your business.

I’m here to make sure you always have the help, answers, and support you need along the way.
